Project Details
The Crocs.pk is an official Crocs online store in Pakistan, which is a well-known international brand of casual shoes, including foam clogs, sandals, and accessories. Before Media Feathers’ involvement, Crocs only had social media and offline orders in the area; the company did not have a centralized digital platform, where it could maintain its product lists, take orders, and provide all the support to its customers online.
Identifying the Gaps
Although Crocs had gained worldwide recognition, customers in countries like Pakistan experienced friction due to the unclear size chart and description, difficulty navigating product variants, and a manual customer support process that required sending messages. There was no centralised online storefront that met its global standards, and it was also unable to accommodate local user behaviour and expectations. Crocs required a digital identity where it could be felt to be legit, responsive, and even easy to navigate.
Our Role: Crafting the Digital Store
At Media Feathers, we implemented a site that is developed with a clean, user-friendly experience.
Working closely with the Crocs, our team developed a clean design with the focus on basic categories: Men, Women, Kids and Best Sellers.

All the layouts, visual appeal, and design decisions were aligned with the global branding of Crocs and were designed to cater to the expectations of the locals.
