About the Brand
Crocs.pk is the online retailer within Pakistan. They are known for their comfort-focused shoes, Crocs has a global customer base and Crocs.pk provides the same quality to the local market. Crocs.pk offers a selection of styles, from casual clogs, slippers and sandals for people of all ages. With a growing popularity and the shift to purchasing online, Crocs.pk needed a proper online space that could help its customers better.
The Need
Prior to the launch of the website, Crocs Pakistan had limited online visibility. They were operating on social networks and faced increasing customer requests, but they didn’t have a digital storefront. There was no central website that allowed customers to browse their collections and sizes, or make orders directly.
They required an online store that was clean and was fast to load.It was required to represent the worldwide Crocs image while remaining fully capable of serving the Pakistani market.
Our Role
Media Feathers stepped in to create a responsive and user-friendly website. Our objective was to make a website where customers can find their desired products easily as well as shop safely and have a pleasant experience from beginning to end.
The Process
We started by analyzing the visual identity of the brand and expectations. Because Crocs already have a solid international presence, we made sure that the website reflected the same style and tone, while making sure it was suitable for local customers.
- The design was minimalist and simple. The homepage is a showcase of important categories such as Men women, kids as well as Best Sellers. Images of the products are clear, and each item comes with dimensions, prices and description information that are simple to comprehend.
- We were aware that consumers in Pakistan make use of mobile phones for browsing online. We made sure the site was responsive across all sizes of screens. From mobile to desktop the layout is able to adapt without sacrificing speed or user-friendliness.
- We designed the site using simple Menus as well as filters. Visitors are able to quickly find what they’re looking for, regardless of size or color or the type. No confusion. No lengthy waits. Simply click and look around.
- The front-end had to look sleek and appealing for customers. We also concentrated on making the backend user-friendly for our Crocs team. They are now able to update their inventory, update products, and check orders without technology difficulties.
Challenges We Tackled
One of the biggest challenges was making sure that the range of products did not overwhelm customers. Crocs offers a wide selection and presenting it in a clear orderly and non-cluttered style requires careful design and planning. We solved this issue with clever categorization and consistent format of the product.
Another issue was integrating our local system of payment in a manner that was comfortable and safe. We worked with secure payment gateways to ensure security and ease when making a purchase.
Results
After the website was launched:
- Crocs.pk witnessed a dramatic rise in traffic to the website and sales.
- Customers were impressed by the speedy load times and simple browsing.
- The management of orders became easier for the Crocs team.
- The brand has now an online presence that is centrally located which allows everything from showcasing the latest products to processing orders is done all in one spot.
This project was more than simply creating a website. The goal was to create a comprehensive shopping experience that is suitable for Pakistani customers and represents the Crocs image. From a scattered online presence to a more streamlined website, Crocs.pk is now equipped with a solid base to increase its reach and serve its customers better.
