Background
Emporio Armani is one of the most popular and globally known high-end fashion brands, which is focused on classical, simple aesthetics and sophistication. The brand is required to empower in the regional market with an eye on embracing digital innovations with such a strategic website that echoing its pride of being refined without sacrificing its usability or convenience. Media Feathers took up the task there.
The Gaps Media Feathers Identified
Although the brand may have an international digital identity, the local web presence lacked the influence. The primary website layout seems generic and lacks appearance according to pure Armani elegance and was not crafted for regional campaign and user behavior.
Navigation was cumbersome, internal updates were difficult to deal with and the mobile UI was not user friendly and did not meet up the fast rising of clients that customer Armani is expecting. Armani required a strategic solution which should represent its international brand image yet give flexibility and performance to the concerned marketing team at the regional level.
