Lacoste is a very well-known, legendary brand, and the brand has become globally recognized because of its casual and everlasting style. When Lacoste was about to expand its web store in Pakistan, the brand required a strategic responsive site that met the criteria of the elegant brand image of Lacoste and be able to comply with the national geographical customer behaviours and preferences. It’s the point where Lacoste collaborates with Media Feathers.
Bridging Luxury with Functionality
The challenge was not restricted to developing a website; but about translating the lacoste identity with the seamless digital experience to survive in the Pakistani market. The brand required the platform that synchronized the digital presence with the swift performance, easy to navigate, and flexibility in the content, and while sustaining the global identity of lacoste.
From the initial meeting, we understood that each detail matters. The site was to be premium yet functional. It had to sustain and drive seasonal campaigns and products launch along with retail announcements, but it was not supposed to be challenging to maintain any longer by the in-house team.

Initially we conducted research on the worldwide online standards of Lacoste, how the brand is positioned in different markets. Then we crafted the look and feel for Pakistan, ensuring that it properly aligned with the global standards yet feel like native.
Core Targeted Areas
Minimal trendy UI: Implemented a minimized and focused attention design on campaigns and Lacoste images.
Smart and Easy navigation: Developed a clean, collapsible menu that would show the users directly to new arrival, seasonal offers, and store locations.
Responsive performance: Developed responsive features, images and animations. Regardless of whether they are browsing through tablets or phones, maintain a smooth experience.

Luxury doesn’t mean to be complicated. Lacoste is required to be independent while maintaining and regulating their online platforms.
