Sport Pavilion Karachi is a well-known recreation and fitness facility that provides many indoor activities and sports. In the heart of city life, it is a great place for those who love fitness, sports enthusiasts as well as families seeking enjoyable and active activities. From workouts in the gym to table tennis, bowling and snooker, this center combines fun with health and fitness.
Although it was a prominent physical presence as well as an impressive set-up, it didn’t have an authentic digital brand. That’s when Media Feathers stepped in.
The Challenge
Prior to working with us, Sports Pavilion was struggling to draw in regular customers despite providing top-quality services. There was not much publicity about the brand on the internet. Their websites were unresponsive and outdated. They were also not sufficiently engaging to reach the people they were trying to reach.
Today even the most successful physical businesses are left behind if their customers do not know about or see them on the internet. Sports Pavilion needed to connect with those who are interested, demonstrate the value they provide and be current in a crowded market. The goal was to raise awareness, connect with more people on social media, and establish themselves as the preferred destination for fun and fitness indoors in Karachi.
How Media Feathers Helped
We began with a thorough review of their social media platforms and overall brand exposure. First, we had to start to analyze the company’s internal structure, including what makes it different and who it is for and the voice that best fits the brand.
Our team developed a brand new strategy for the content on every platform, focusing on frequent updates, images of current events, behind the scenes stories, as well as community interaction. We realized that the Sports Pavilion’s strengths were its vibrant atmosphere and the people who were enjoying various activities. Therefore, we brought the energy to life.
We also made sure that the branding was appropriate to their mission: friendly, family-friendly, and active. Each video, post and caption was created around real people having real times in the Pavilion. There were no flashy tricks, simply real, compelling storytelling. We focused on visuals using high-quality images and videos that capture the atmosphere within the building.
PR management was the second important aspect. The goal was to promote Sports Pavilion as not just an exercise center, but a community hub that is fun and enjoyable. We made relationships with influential locals and ad-hoc teams, collaborated with event organisers and made sure that the Sports Pavilion was noticed and discussed.
Through the entire campaign, we analyzed every comment, post and interaction to determine the topics that people responded to the most. This allowed us to fine-tune our strategy in real-time. We changed contents and times in response to the behavior of the audience. We also used language that is relatable to keep things simple and human.
The Transformation
Within a couple of months, the Sports Pavilion began to notice an improvement. The brand that was not a huge draw began receiving real recognition. Their online presence increased gradually and attracted more customers who came in. The location was tagged by people in their posts, sharing stories and then recommending it to friends.
They also had Facebook pages. Instagram pages turned into lively places where people could interact frequently. The Pavilion changed from being a tucked away treasure to becoming a well-known popular spot.
